Before operation of Atlas air compressor, the following problems should be noted:
1. Keep the oil pool within the scale range, and before operating the air compressor, check that the oil level in the oil injector should not be lower than the mark value.
2. Check whether all moving parts are flexible, whether all connecting parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Before operating the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact and complete.
4. Check if the exhaust pipeline is unobstructed.
5. Connect the water source and open each inlet valve to ensure smooth cooling water flow.
2, When operating the air compressor, it should be noted that after long-term shutdown, before starting, the engine must be turned and checked to see if there are any impacts, jamming, or abnormal noises.
3, The machinery must be started without load, and after the no-load operation is normal, the air compressor can gradually be put into load operation.
